Paris 1980 (1)

A few times while we were working I and some frends would ask our workmates if they'd be interested in going abroad, France, Germany, The Netherlands or whatever for a few days. Loads of people usually started off wanting to go but as the date got nearer people would start to drop out. On this particulatr trip to Paris in Sepetember 1980, three of us went, Tom Jackman, Martin Parnell and myself.

The building at the end of the park is the military school. Behind it and to the right is the Unesco Building. The tower in the background is the Tour Montparnasse. to the right of that tower is the Gare Montparnasse.

After the Eiffel Tower we went to the Pompidou Center. The museum has a large plaza and that was full of street preformers when we visited. We were watching someone drawing cartoons of people when either Tom or Martin pushed me forward.
