One of this shop's slogans was "You won't feel sheepish in Wolf's clothing". Volume 29 of the semi-monthly Men's Wear, published in 1910 has this to say about Carl Wolf Inc. - "Terre Haute, Ind.—Carl Wolf Leases New Wabash Avenue Location.—Carl Wolf, clothing and furnishings, 423 Wabash avenue, has leased for five years the store at 629 Wabash avenue.
